What is Cellulite?
Cellulite is the increased visibility of lumpy fat deposits through the surface
of the skin. A common description is ‘orange peel skin’ because of its unique
pitted, bumpy appearance. Resulting in excess fluid around in the fat cells
causing the cellulite layer to swell. Two simple test to determine what stage
of Cellulite you have. 
Pinch test
Gently pinch the skin of your upper thigh and try to lift it away from the underlying
layers. If this hurts, it could be a first indication of water retention and
additional swelling of the Cellulite layer.
