Exercise One - Neck and Chin Flexion
Action:Place the velvety pad against your neck and chin. Slowly press down and then slowly release the Profile Toner.

Exercise Two - Face and Chin Extension
Action:Hold your head in a fixed position. Open your mouth slowly by pushing down with your lower jaw to compress the Profile Toner, then slowly release the Profile Toner.

Exercise Three - Neck Flexion and Rotation
Action: Place Profile Toner off-center against your shoulder. Press down and rotate diagonally, then release.
